The old "House with a soul - Przesieka" - rural SPA - apartment 155m2 - (near Karpacz), in the picturesque valley of the "Czerwień" river, surrounded by a beautiful rocky forest, offers a stylish and spacious interior of the apartment.

Peace and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The murmur of a mountain stream, birdsong, the occasional herd of deer in a clearing, a rooster crowing in the distance, and the crisp morning mountain air—all while you enjoy a country spa right on the riverbank, right next to the house.

This place is for those seeking solitude, tranquility, and "the earth and sky for their own use." It offers conditions for creative work and beautiful surroundings.

Curl up with a book on Grandma's Veranda and relax by the fireplace.

Take advantage of our SPA and swim in the waterfall at the edge of the meadow :) A place dedicated to adults and children over 10 years old.

We offer two unique apartments: a spacious, 130-square-meter apartment with private terraces for up to 10 people, and an intimate 25-square-meter apartment for two. The apartments boast comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish living room—the perfect space for those who value comfort and privacy. Access to the spa area, designed for complete relaxation and regeneration, is available below. Details of the spa area are available.

FOR GUESTS

Indoor swimming pool

A heated pool for those who enjoy warmth and cooler days. Accessible from the outside. Just 4 meters into the fresh air and you're there. The pool is small (6x3x1.1m), but swimming in the wilderness is a real pleasure and provides privacy. The water is 29-31 degrees Celsius, and it's always warmer inside, always a degree warmer.

Sauna with grill and fireplace

The perfect place to relax and regenerate. The warmth relaxes the body, cleanses the system, and helps you unwind after a busy day. The comfortable, wooden interior provides a pleasant atmosphere year-round. And after... the sauna and winter swimming, you can sit by the grill and enjoy a delicious meal inside or outside behind the sauna, right by the river. From here, you're also close to a blazing bonfire. Enjoy your meal!

Winter swimming

Perfect for walruses, the waterfall is located 50 meters from the house. Here, the walruses enjoy water massages from the water falling several meters, while the less adventurous section has a sandy bottom and a drop to a depth of 1.2-1.6 meters (depending on the season). And here, the water is truly icy cold, as I see the walruses returning home, beaming and joyful.

Outdoor swimming pool

Refreshment and relaxation under the open sky.

The spacious 5.5x3.7x1.2m pool, clear water, and natural surroundings create ideal conditions for swimming and relaxing, right next to the deckchairs where you can nap or bask in the sun. The water temperature is perfect!

Terraces

Two large terraces, leading directly from the "White" and "Forest" bedrooms in the apartment. The 39m² terrace, accessible from the "White" bedroom, is comfortable, overlooking the mountains, right above the babbling river, very sunny, and completely private. The second terrace, located in the forest itself, has a "runway" for adults who want to immerse themselves in the greenery. And here, too, there's another place for entertaining.

Kitchens

The spacious kitchen seats 10 and is equipped with all the necessary dishes and pots for preparing meals. Important: two refrigerators for storing provisions, as the grocery store is far away. It's also a good place for evening chats on cooler days. A kitchenette in the third bedroom is also available as an additional option.

Hot tub with hydromassage and a barrel of cold water

The illuminated hot tub combines comfort, relaxation, and a unique atmosphere. Equipped with a system of massage jets and ambient LED lighting, it provides relaxation both during the day and after dark. And right afterward, if you don't feel like cooling off in the river or under the waterfall, jump into the cold water barrel. Do this at least four times and you'll sleep like a log.

Beautiful area

Within its 1.5-hectare area, you'll find a rocky beech and pine forest, a small mushroom picking area, a meadow with a fire pit, 100-year-old rhododendrons, impressive fir trees, and a rushing mountain river with a waterfall. Standing on the access bridge, you can quietly and thoughtfully count trout. The meadow between the river and the forest is a good place to relax after a winter swim, or to play football or badminton.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi (STARLINK, as the mountains and river prevented the signal from reaching it) is available on-site for guests. TVs are available in every room, but I wouldn't recommend staying up too many hours beforehand... because there's so much beauty around, it's a waste of time. Better fun is had at the spa by the river.
